Purchasing From Our Shop
1 - DELIVERY
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day, however please note our courier for larger orders doesn't collect at weekends so any large orders received on Friday night through to Sunday will not be dispatched until the Monday. Deliveries will be delivered to the address stated using Royal Mail 1st and 2nd Class delivery. From the time of receipted delivery of the goods, any loss or damage to the goods shall be at your own risk. Any transit damage to the goods, shortages or incorrect goods supplied must be noted on the delivery consignment note at the time of delivery.
2 - RETURNS
Items bought through this website can be returned or exchanged, however the carriage cost of return is the customer’s responsibility. Items must be returned in the condition they were sent and within their original packaging.
Please note that The Drum Booth does not affect your statutory rights, so a full refund on returns is accepted within 14 days of invoice. Please contact enquiries@thedrumbooth and quote your order number and reason for return. Customers are responsible for arranging their own carriage for the return of goods. Once your refund request is accepted and goods are returned in their original condition, your funds will be repaid via the same method in which they were paid for.
ALL returns must be authorised by email or phone by The Drum Booth before sending back to us.
3 - PAYMENT TERMS
We accept payment via maestro visa debit, payment is processed through our payment providers Stripe and PayPal See our terms and conditions for more information.
We do not accept cheques.
4 - GOODS
Although we take care to ensure that all product details and descriptions appear on our website as up-to-date as possible, they may not always reflect the details exactly at the moment of order.
We can not warrant the suitability of goods for a particular purpose, and you should check specifications and compatibility with ourselves before ordering. In the event of non-availability of goods, we will contact you to arrange alternatives or a refund where applicable. Please note that prices may be subject to change, but will not affect the price on an item after it has been ordered.
5 - CONSUMER PROTECTION
In accordance with consumer protection (Distance Selling) regulations 2013, the consumer has fourteen calendar days in which to cancel the contract of sale. The goods must be unused, boxed, with all accessories, and in ‘as new’ condition and must subsequently be returned within 14 calendar days. Any claims for damage, non-functionality and mis-shipping must be made within 7 days of receipt. After this date, faulty goods returned within a reasonable time will be refunded or replaced as compliant with the amended Sale of Goods Act 1979. You are responsible for ensuring safe delivery of the returned item. In the case of a refund (when the sale has been cancelled) we will NOT refund the initial carriage charge. Also we will charge a collection fee (usually £15) if the customer cannot return the goods themselves. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. All goods are sold subject to the The Sale of Goods Act 1979, the Sale and Supply of Goods Act 1994, the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977. E&OE. and the Distance Selling Act 2000.
